The clean rooms, laboratories or other high-standard spaces in the field of clean industry require strict control of environmental temperature and humidity, such as electronic semiconductor and biopharmaceutical clean rooms.
TH120 temperature and humidity transmitter is specially used for temperature and humidity measurement in this environment. In addition to measuring temperature and humidity parameters, it can also measure other humidity parameters such as dew point, frost point, enthalpy value.
Especially for the biopharmaceutical clean room O3 or VHP sterile environment, the temperature and humidity probe of TH120 can be equipped with the specialized filter PF04 for H202 environment, which micropores are filled with the MnO2 composite catalyst with the particle diameter of about 10um; When in touch with the filter, VHP or O3 will be decomposed into H2O and O2 to achieve the purpose of protecting the probe and humidity-sensitive element.
In order to facilitate field equipment maintenance, TH120 is also equipped with interchangeable digital probes and digital reference probes for analog output channel accuracy verification. There are two reference probes, one of which has a fixed output of 90%RH/5℃, and the other has a fixed output of 10%RH/45℃.
